Evo Slim Refund PolicyEvo Slim Refund Policy: The Window, The Route And The Timings
Sixty days from purchase, opened bottles included.
Refunds are handled by the order desk on the phone number below. Return postage is the buyer's unless the parcel arrived damaged, defective or wrong through the seller's error. Processing takes three to five business days once the return is received, then five to ten days for the card to show it.
The policy in full, with the two addresses kept apart because sending bottles to the wrong one is the commonest way a refund is lost.
The Evo Slim window
Sixty days, counted from the date of purchase. That is the date on the order confirmation and on the card statement.
The window applies whatever the pack size and whether or not the bottles have been opened. A claim is made by calling the order desk with the order ID before the window closes.
Claims made after the window are at the seller's discretion and are not covered by this policy.
Sixty days from purchase is the window in the supplier paperwork this desk works from. Two seller sources word the start date differently and the difference is set out in full on the guarantee page. Working to the date on your order confirmation is the reading that cannot catch you out.
How a Evo Slim return is made
Count sixty days from the day you paid
The order confirmation carries that date. Days spent in processing and in transit are inside the window rather than added to it, so the useful deadline is day fifty rather than day sixty.
Call the order desk with your order ID
The number is on that same email and in the footer here. The website address cannot see orders, so it cannot start a refund however politely you ask it.
Ask for a return authorisation and the return address
Post nothing before you have both. An unannounced parcel can be refused, and the label carries a mail-drop that is not this desk’s returns route.
Put your full name, email and order ID inside the box
A box with no name in it is the commonest reason a refund stalls for a fortnight.
Post it with tracking, at your own cost
Return postage is the buyer’s unless the parcel arrived damaged, wrong or faulty. Keep the tracking number until the money lands.
Expect 3–5 business days to process, then 5–10 on the card
Two separate waits, and the second one belongs to your bank rather than to the desk.
Where Evo Slim returns go, and where they do not
| Address | What it is for |
|---|---|
| 40 Wall Street, Suite 1708, New York, NY 10005, USA | This desk's returns address, confirmed with an authorisation before anything is posted. |
| 345 Park Avenue, Suite 4100, New York, NY 10154, USA | Correspondence. Not a returns address, and a parcel sent here is not a return. |
| The address printed on the bottle | The label's own distributor block. It is not this desk's returns route, and a parcel sent there is outside this policy. |
Always use the address the order desk confirms on the call. It is the only one that is current for your order.
That third row is the one that costs people money. A label carries a distributor address because regulation requires one, not because it is where returns are handled. Posting bottles to it is how a parcel disappears with the window still running.
Evo Slim refund timings
| Stage | How long | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| Return authorisation | Same call, usually | The order desk |
| Postage to the returns address | Whatever the carrier takes | You |
| Processing once received | 3–5 business days | The order desk |
| Card credit appears | 5–10 days | Your bank |
Two separate waits at the end, and the second one is not the seller's to speed up.
Keep the tracking number until the credit appears. A refund that stalls almost always stalls because the return cannot be matched to an order, and a tracking number plus an order ID settles that in one call.
Cancelling or changing a Evo Slim order before it ships
There is a short window between checkout and dispatch, usually two or three days, in which an order can still be altered. After tracking is issued the parcel belongs to the carrier and the only route is a return.
Call the order desk rather than writing. An email that arrives after the parcel has left is an email about a return, whatever it was meant to be, and the difference is several days and a postage charge.
Three changes are ordinarily possible inside that window: the delivery address, the pack size, and cancelling outright. A pack change is a refund and a new order rather than an adjustment, so the price is whatever the checkout shows on the day.
The purchase date. The sixty-day window is counted from it, it is a fact about a transaction rather than a setting, and a pack change is a refund and a new order rather than an adjustment to the old one.
A damaged, wrong or faulty Evo Slim parcel
This is the one case where return postage is not the buyer's, and it is worth knowing what counts.
| Situation | Who pays the return postage | What to do first |
|---|---|---|
| The parcel arrived crushed or leaking | The seller | Photograph it before opening anything, then call. |
| The safety seal is damaged or missing | The seller | Do not use the product. The label says so. Call the same day. |
| The wrong pack size arrived | The seller | Keep the packaging and the dispatch email, then call. |
| The bottles are fine and you changed your mind | You | Call for an authorisation, then post with tracking. |
| A bottle was opened and did not suit you | You | Still covered by the window. Call for an authorisation. |
In every row the first action is the same: call the order desk with the order ID before posting anything.
Photographs matter more than descriptions in the first three rows. A picture taken on the doorstep settles a claim in one call; a description written a week later usually does not.
Partial returns, replacements and duplicate Evo Slim orders
Three situations come up often enough to be worth writing down rather than deciding case by case.
A partial return
A six-bottle pack with two bottles opened can be returned in full inside the window. Returning part of a pack is not the same transaction as returning the pack, so say on the call what you want to send back and get the answer before posting anything.
A replacement rather than a refund
Where a parcel arrived damaged, wrong or with a broken seal, a replacement is usually faster than a refund and a new order. Ask for it explicitly: a message that only describes the problem is read as a refund request.
A duplicate order
A double charge from a retried checkout is a billing correction rather than a return, and it does not need bottles posted anywhere. Ring the order desk with both order IDs and it is settled on the call.
In all three the same rule applies as everywhere else on this page: nothing is posted until the order desk has issued an authorisation and confirmed the address. An unannounced parcel can be refused on arrival, and a refused parcel is a return that never happened.
Each of the three is also faster by phone than in writing, for the same reason: all three need a decision from somebody who can see the order, and a decision made on a call is made once rather than across three days of messages.
What is outside the Evo Slim policy
- Orders placed anywhere other than this website's own checkout.
- Return postage on an ordinary change of mind.
- Duties and customs charges already paid on an international order.
- Parcels posted without an authorisation, which can be refused on arrival.
- Any claim about an outcome. This is a purchase policy, and nothing in it is a statement about what the product does.
Questions about an order, including a refund, go to +1 (877) 257-0710 or [email protected]. Questions about this page go to [email protected], which cannot see orders.
