Evo Slim Ingredients List: 7 Rows to Read First
Quick answer. The Evo Slim label prints 20 actives with an amount for every row and no proprietary blend. Serving size is one capsule, 30 servings a bottle. Seven rows are vitamins and minerals with a % Daily Value. Read biotin, magnesium, chromium, licorice, zinc, banaba and gymnema first.

A search for the Evo Slim ingredients list often ends at a sales page with no list at all. The bottle is different. It carries a complete Supplement Facts panel, and this post walks through it.
Twenty rows is a lot to take in. So here is the full panel in one table, then seven rows worth reading first, in the order that matters to a careful buyer.
- Serving size: 1 capsule. Servings per container: 30.
- 20 actives, each with a printed amount. There is no proprietary blend.
- Seven rows carry a % Daily Value. The other thirteen show “--” because no Daily Value has been established.
- The only other ingredients are hypromellose, which forms the vegetable capsule, and rice flour. The shell has no gelatin.
- Label line: “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.”
- The panel has no caffeine and no other stimulant.
What is on the Evo Slim supplement facts label?

There is no hidden amount here. That alone sets it apart from labels that hide a mix behind one total weight. It also means every row can be compared with research, which the next sections do.
Which 7 Evo Slim ingredients should you read first?
1. Biotin, 300 mcg (1,000% Daily Value)
This is the row with a consequence inside a week. At supplemental amounts, biotin can distort several common lab tests, including some thyroid and cardiac tests, in either direction. It affects the reading, not the patient. Tell whoever draws your blood what you take.
2. Magnesium as oxide, 125 mg (30%)
A real nutritional amount, in the salt with the poorest absorption record of the common ones. It is the row most often felt, and the effect is digestive. A full glass of water helps.
3. Chromium, 67 mcg (191%)
The row with the most weight research on the panel. Pooled trials mostly used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day for 8 to 24 weeks, found a difference of about half a kilogram, and Cochrane rated it low certainty.
4. Licorice, 25 mg
Deliberately small. Reports of raised blood pressure begin near 100 mg a day of glycyrrhizin taken for weeks. The risk to watch is a separate licorice supplement on top of this.
5. Zinc as oxide, 8 mg (73%)
A sensible daily amount. The trouble comes from stacking it with a multivitamin and a separate zinc tablet. Count all sources together.
6. Banaba, 25 mg at 1% corosolic acid
That works out to about 0.25 mg of corosolic acid. Human work on the compound itself used single doses of roughly 10 to 48 mg. It is the only botanical row with a standardisation printed.
7. Gymnema, 3 mg
A token row. Trials used 200 to 400 mg a day of leaf extract, so this is roughly one per cent of that. White mulberry is also 3 mg.

The order page sits next to the same panel, so you can check the bottle you receive against the list you just read.

How do the plant and amino acid rows compare with the research?
The remaining botanical rows follow the same pattern. Each is a fraction of the amount its published trials used.
| Row | On the label | In the published research |
|---|---|---|
| Guggul | 50 mg | 1,000 to 2,000 mg a day of standardised guggulipid; LDL did not fall |
| Bitter melon | 20 mg | About 2,000 mg a day, a hundred times this row; no reliable effect found |
| Cinnamon | 50 mg powder | 1 to 6 grams a day, twenty to a hundred times what is here |
| Cayenne | 10 mg powder | 2 to 10 mg of capsaicinoids; the powder carries a fraction of a milligram |
| White mulberry | 3 mg | 5 g of leaf powder three times a day in a dose-finding trial |
| Vanadium | 2 mg | 50 to 300 mg a day, where the stomach complaints were |
| Alpha lipoic acid | 30 mg | 300 to 1,800 mg a day |
| L-Taurine | 25 mg | 1.5 to 6 g a day, sixty to two hundred times this row |
Yarrow (25 mg) and juniper (13 mg) have no human weight trial to compare with.
The short version is that most botanical rows are small. Licorice and vanadium are small on purpose, which is the careful choice for those two. The others are simply low.
What do the seven vitamin and mineral rows add?
They behave like ordinary nutrition. Vitamin C at 50 mg, vitamin E at 7 mg and manganese at 1 mg sit well below any intake ceiling. Zinc at 8 mg and magnesium at 125 mg are genuine daily amounts. Chromium at 67 mcg shows a high % Daily Value but a low trial comparison.
If you already take a multivitamin, add the two labels together before you assume they are separate. Zinc, magnesium, chromium, biotin, manganese and both vitamins often appear in multivitamins too.
- Add up zinc from every source you take.
- Add up magnesium, since the digestive effect follows the total.
- Mention biotin to the clinic before any blood test.
- Do not add a separate licorice supplement without adding the amounts first.
What does the ingredients list not tell you?
Quite a bit. The list gives names and amounts. It does not give a third-party test of the contents, and no such test has been published on this site. Only banaba carries a standardisation figure, so the other botanical extracts cannot be matched to the material used in the cited studies.
Lot EVO-26/GO-1521 and certificate reference EVO-1521-26-GO are published before purchase, but both are filing references, not laboratory proof. For the reasoning behind that, see our post on what the seals and approvals mean.
Frequently asked questions
What are the ingredients in Evo Slim?
Twenty actives: vitamins C and E, biotin, magnesium, zinc, manganese, chromium, banaba, guggul, bitter melon, licorice, cinnamon, gymnema, yarrow, cayenne, juniper, white mulberry, vanadium, alpha lipoic acid and L-taurine.
Is there a proprietary blend in Evo Slim?
No. An amount is printed against every one of the 20 actives. Seven rows also show a % Daily Value.
What are the other ingredients?
Hypromellose, which is the vegetable capsule shell, and rice flour. The shell carries no gelatin.
Why does the sales page not show the label?
Not published. The seller’s sales page shows no ingredient list or Supplement Facts panel. The bottle does, and this site transcribes it.
Which ingredient is most likely to be noticed?
Magnesium oxide at 125 mg, and the effect is digestive. Take the capsule with the full glass of water the label asks for.
Does Evo Slim contain caffeine?
No. Neither caffeine nor any other stimulant is listed. Only cayenne, at 10 mg of powder, might feel warm.

Our view
A full panel with an amount against every row is the best thing about this label. It lets you do the checking yourself. The cost of that honesty is that the amounts invite comparison, and most plant rows do not look strong beside the research.
Read the seven rows above, tell your doctor about biotin and any medicine you take, and judge the capsule for what it is: a modest daily base with a botanical character.
Evo Slim is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and it is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. Talk to a doctor before you start if you take medicine or have a health condition.

If the list reads the way you hoped, the checkout shows today’s price and the 60-day wording before you pay.
